How myshow.lk uses cookies

Types of cookies we use

We use session cookies, which are removed when you log out or close your browser, and cookies that last for a limited time so you stay signed in. They fall into two groups:

• Essential cookies: we use these to authenticate users and keep accounts secure. Without them you cannot sign in. Our essential cookies are vl_session (customer accounts), vl_organizer (event organisers), and vl_admin and vl_scanner (our team and entrance staff). They contain a random session reference only, never your password or personal details.
• Third-party cookies: when you pay for tickets you are taken to our payment partner, PayHere, which may set its own cookies to process your payment securely. These are governed by PayHere's own policies. We do not allow advertising or analytics providers to set cookies on the Service.

If you would like to delete cookies, or tell your browser to delete or refuse them, please visit the help pages of your web browser.

Please note that if you delete or refuse our essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use features that need an account, and some pages may not work as expected. You can still browse events and buy tickets as a guest.
